Shipping Policy

After the successful of order conformation the product is shipped and delivered within minimum

2 to 3 days and the maximum time periods is of 7 to 10 Days. 

 

1. Return Time Frame

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your items. After this period, unfortunately, we can’t

offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

·  The product must be in its original condition (unused same packaging).

·  All original tags, accessories, and documentation must be included.

·  The customer must be  take clear video while product unboxing.

·  Unboxing video strictly required for initiate refund and return.

·  Return or replacement Does not applicable for Reason  Such as medicine packing label colour

change ,  label not clearly view , outside packages Damaged without any internal medicinal damage ,

not satisfied with packing , does not need medicine for now a days so I will buy it for few days

later etc such as exceptional by medicine physicaly damage.

2. How to Initiate a Return?

To request a return, follow these steps:

  Email Us at christantleo6@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.

Attach clear Video of the product and packaging if it was received damaged or incorrect

 Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization within 2-3 business days.
Once approved, securely pack the product and ship it back to us.

3. Refund & Replacement Policy

 Replacement – If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send you a replacement at no 

additional cost.

 Refund – Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned product and verify its condition. 

The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
